IT Security Manager Position Open

General Summary
This position will work across functional/divisional lines to develop and implement Global IT Security strategies, policies, and procedures. This position will have primary responsibility for managing significant IT Security strategic projects. In addition, they will participate in the development of the IT Security architectural strategies.

Job Specifications
• Minimum education required: Bachelors degree in information systems or related disciplne
• Education desired: Masters degree
• Years of relevant experience: 10+ years IT security experience. Experience with a multi-national organization is preferred.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• 2+ years experience with development of IT Security strategies
• CISSP certification required.
• SAP Experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to function in a global environment
• Strong technical skills in the following areas
• UNIX (AIX)
• Windows
• AS400.
• Firewalls
• Directory services
• Web/Portal applications
• Experience with implementing an Identity Management program and “Single Sign-on” program.
• Experience in designing and delivering employee security awareness training.
• Ability to perform in a challenging, fast-paced technical and business environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
• Team oriented and skilled in working in a collaborative environment

Office environment with 10-15% global travel required
