This past week we held our Baltimore and DC Chapter Application Security Breakfast events.  Don Gray of Solutionary keynoted both sessions as he will the entire series.  Our Featured Speakers included Stephen Wolford of Oracle, Ryan Berg of IBM, Roger Thornton of Fortify and Chris Sullivan of Courion.

We begin our breakfast series on Application Security this week. The Baltimore Chapter breakfast is Thursday February 25th and the DC Chapter follows on Friday the 26th.

On Thursday February 4th the CSO Breakfast Club completed its final event in the Legal Update Series with the NY Chapter. The event was hosted at Reed Smith's NY office where Partner Mark Melodia and Associate Stacy Marcus gave members an update on legal issues facing information security programs. Stacy's presentation focused on the issues arising from the use of Social Media services.
