Hunt Valley, Maryland – CISO EXECUTIVE NETWORK ANNOUNCES EXPANSION

Our MidAtlantic host law firm, Reed Smith, is intimately involved in Senate hearings about ICANN's plans to expand top level domains.  There are a number of security implications in this effort.  If you want to catch up on these hearings check them out here.

Our affiliate partner, IT Policy Compliance Group, has just released an interesting paper on the risk and benefits of mobile computing, a challenge that many of our members are facing with their organizations pushing for Bring Your Own Technology To Work efforts underway. 

Last Thursday, November 10th, 50 healthcare sector information security and privacy executives participated in our Third Annual Summit on Healthcare Information Security.  Keynote addresses were provided by our Platinum Sponsor IBM and Jeffrey Stutzman, Dir DoD/DIB Collaborative Information Sharing Environment.  Each addressed different aspects of the growing threats to healthcare data.
